Why not get in the kitchen a bake up a Pumpkin Roll Cake?

My first attempt at a roll cake will likely not look the same as the one pictured above. It will probably be more like a Pumpkin Crumb Cake. 

Maybe I will carve a really cool Jack o' lantern....

Tonight, I'm headed over to Papa Mojo's Roadhouse for some live music and New Orleans cuisine. I've read some great reviews and am excited to check out a new restuarant!

Now I just have to count down the hours here at work before I can get outside and start my weekend! The candy corn is being consumed at a faster-than-normal pace today. It's definitely a FRIDAY!
